Chapel Carn Brea (the NT first and last hill in England) forms a backdrop to Robin’s Nest, and a 20-minute walk along the public footpath in front of Kerrow Farmhouse leads to the summit, from which there are 360-degree panoramic views, from the Brisons (off Cape Cornwall) past Land’s End and the Longships Lighthouse, and round to Mounts Bay. Being in a peaceful, rural location, away from the main road, Robin’s Nest is ideal for children who can play while Mum and Dad prepare a meal, or take a well earned rest. Sennen Cove and the spectacular sandy surfing beaches of Whitesand Bay and Gwynver are just 2 miles away, while the famous Minack open air theatre and the fishing village of Mousehole are a short drive. St Just 2½ miles and Penzance 7 miles (good for shopping). Shops 2 miles.
