Located in a historic village a stone's throw from Cheltenham's racecourse is our immaculately restored thatched cottage. A choice of 3 pubs, local shop and butcher can be found within walking distance. Ideal for 2 couples sharing or a family with accommodation on 2 floors.
Featuring a master suite with roll-top bath and own sitting room which can be converted into a bedroom with a double sofa bed. Downstairs an accessible bedroom with its own separate shower w/c. Full kitchen diner with dog bed.
We have created a versatile living space for our guest, allowing a number of combinations. As we love going to hotels, we have provided the comforts we enjoy such as Egyptian cotton White Company linens and Molton Brown bath products.
Upstairs:
Open plan master bedroom with private sitting room (which has a sofa bed if you want to sleep 6). Roll top bath and separate shower with a w/c.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, with separate walk in shower and w/c. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Both Uber Eats and Deliveroo will deliver to the cottage, although you may need to pop out to the road for their "contactless delivery".
Outside:
There is an outdoor dining area just outside the cottage adjacent to the parking area. This is not enclosed.
Additional rules
1. The earliest Check In time is at 3:00pm, the property will not be accessible until that time. If you can't make at this time, please make sure you let us know, (luggage can be dropped off by prior arrangement). See keybox instructions when your confirm the booking.
2. The cottage does not have the capacity for more than six people (other than infants two years or under, sleeping in a travel cot).
3. Guests are asked to leave the outside seating area by 9pm please and refrain from playing music outside.
4. When bringing a dog to the cottage you must commit to all the house rules listed below:
i. An additional charge of £38 per stay is payable per dog (settled as an additional cleaning fee after your stay)
ii. No dogs that are permitted to stay if they are on heat.
iii. A maximum of 2 dogs
iv. If your dog has an accident or chews something, please notify us immediately. Especially any marks on carpets from the dogs (we have the right to ask for money on this).
v. Please provide adequate bedding for your dog.
vi. Please note that the driveway is not enclosed and opens onto a road
vii. You MUST clear up any dog poo that happens anywhere on the driveway/road.
viii. Hoover up any dog hair.
ix. Please ask for a mop and bucket if there are any paw prints anywhere.
x. No dogs on the sofa or in the bedrooms (especially not on the beds), we have to do a special clean after dogs have been in the property, please remember some people are allergic.
xi. No dogs to be left unattended at anytime
