30 Bath Road is a beautiful semi detached period cottage set in a stunning location next to the millpond in central Emsworth. The property has wonderful sea views and offers a five-minute scenic walk along the harbour wall taking you straight to the village centre.
The cottage has excellent accommodation. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a cosy sitting room with open fire, TV and DVD, a downstairs toilet, a large fully equipped open plan kitchen with a sunny breakfast/dining area seating 6. This area has full width sliding doors opening out onto the patio area and charming garden. There is a small utility area with washing machine and cupboard space. On the first floor there is a good size bedroom with double bed and a master bedroom with gorgeous water views and a Kingsize bed. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There is also a small cot room where an infant can sleep. On the top floor is a generous third bedroom with twin beds. TThe garden is sheltered and west facing, a perfect suntrap with garden furniture. Parking is available directly outside the property or down the adjacent road.
