As you drive up, you'll notice how beautiful and well-maintained this property is. Pass the outdoor shower, open the glass front door and you're in the foyer, which offers a large storage bench for your beach things. To the right is the first floor "Yacht Club Suite" with its own living room, full bath, wet bar with fridge, and bedroom with Queen-size bed. This guest suite is attached, but also has its own entrance, if desired -- perfect space for grandparents, young adults, new parents or separate families that want their private area within the house. The entry opens to the beach house garage, which serves as rec-room space with clean epoxy floors, a Ping Pong table, BBQ, beverage fridge, corn hole and other games. Guest amenities include beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards, umbrellas, 4 cruiser bikes and more beach goodies!
Up the stairs is the main floor where you'll find a chef’s kitchen open to the living and dining areas with gas fireplace, plus the "Endless Summer" bedroom (Eastern King), full bath and laundry room. This open-concept living area is wonderful place for family fun and entertainment. The home is equipped with 6 flat screen televisions, one in every bedroom and one in each living room, and a powerful new Amazon eero Pro mesh WiFi system. (Livingroom TVs have Spectrum cable, bedrooms have Roku.) The fully-equipped chef's kitchen features light cabinetry, stainless steel Viking range, Bosch dishwasher, granite counter tops, built-in fridge and bar stool seating for 5. The living area has its own balcony with peak-a-boo view of the ocean plus a large dining table that can seat 8.
Head upstairs again and you'll reach the "Relaxing Retreat" spacious master bedroom (California King) with a sitting area, balcony with a peek-a-boo ocean view, gas fireplace and plenty of closet space. The bright, large master bathroom has a separate bathtub, stall shower, dual sinks, and a skylight to see the stars at night. Plenty of room in this bedroom to add an air mattress; there are two queen-size and one twin-size self-inflating air mattresses available for use. Also a "Pack 'n Play" portable crib and two child gates.
Across the long hall is the "Sea Breeze" bedroom and full bathroom. This is a very large, pretty bedroom with a California King bed as well as a double bed.
From the "Sea Breeze" bedroom you reach the spectacular rooftop deck where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean and two of the Channel Islands -- both Anacapa and Santa Cruz Islands are directly visible from the roof without any obstructions. These islands are part of Channel Islands National Park. The rooftop deck is outfitted with quality, comfortable seating for 10, a gorgeous gas fire pit with wicker rockers, and large ice cooler. Sunset views from the rooftop deck are breathtaking! See sailboats and colorful parasailors in the summer and, during the spring, you may spot whales from the deck. Bring your binoculars!
