Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room was very clean, well presented and comfortable. The room was large enough for two adults and a teenager. Every that you need for good nights stay. There is no physical welcome, you receive a code to get in and a code for the key to your room. So could be either pro or con? We didn't mind at all. It was a lovely room.

Negative: The property is located opposite the new Everton's stadium, so parking outside the property is not practical. We were extremely lucky to find something close by. It is a 30 to 40 minute walk to the Albert docks, longer if you want to go the centre. So a taxi may be needed. It isn't practical for anyone who has mobility issues. All the rooms are upstairs, something to keep in mind but was not a problem for us. The shower and toilet were in separate closed off areas both were quite compact, both had lockable doors. You would need to able to dry yourself in the shower cubicle if you needed privacy because of lack of room.
