The Lodge is perfect for families, with one level/assisted living if needed, business travellers (high speed Wi-Fi, working areas) or friends looking for a chilled, relax break. Within 5 mins of jnt41 M1, free on-site parking & optional hot tub (please see 'other details to note', additional cost is applicable) it's 5 mins walk to Outwood train station & 10 mins train to Leeds.
The space
Property has 3 bedrooms - one master upstairs, a double and single downstairs. Also upstairs is the 'chill out' room which has stunning views over Outwood Park. Every room is lockable, master has it's own desk and dining room table with high speed Wi-Fi. The property can be used just on the ground floor level (bathroom is on ground floor and additional hand grips/shower seat are available). The flooring is seamless from room to room and there is a raised slope to the front door.
Guest access
House is for exclusive use, with free on-site parking. Outwood train station is 5 mins walk away, with great links to Leeds (10 mins), Wakefield and Sheffield. M1, junction 41 and M62, junction 30 are 5 mins away.
