Summary: Overall quite good, with pleasant bar and good breakfast buffet. Good staff despite poor check-in experience. Room was very tiny despite an upgrade, with mould in the bathroom and rotting bathroom door. Extractor fan was not working, which would contribute to these issues! Restaurant was not tried for evening meals, as the clinical cafe ambiance did not appeal - we used a local pub instead.
