Light and spacious new build flat on a peaceful street in East London. A quiet comfortable haven with Shoreditch, Broadway Market, Columbia Road & Brick Lane all on the doorstep. The park and city views from the balcony & roof are stunning! Space The bright sunny flat is situated on the 4th floor of a modern block, on a quiet pedestrian street with lovely views over Haggerston Park. The large open plan kitchen and living area provide the perfect peaceful haven to relax after a day out exploring the local area and London sights. There is plenty of space to cook in the fully equipped kitchen and room for 4 to sit comfortably at the dining table should you decide to cook. The bedroom has a large double top of the range luxury Dunlopillo mattress and plenty of storage space. Beds are made up in crisp fresh white linens and super soft duvet and pillows. The living room has a brand new sofa bed which provides a comfortable bed for two additional guests. There is a fast fiber optic WiFi and a projector to screen movies on the wall, this can also play DVDs or make use of the Apple TV providing plenty of entertainment options if you feel like relaxing at home after a day out in London. If you're in town on business in the nearby Tech City or Liverpool St there are comfortable places to work in the flat at the table or the breakfast bar. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub as well as a shower and is stocked with plenty of white fluffy towels and toiletries for you. There are several musical instruments in the flat which the musicians (or budding musicians!) of you are free to use, just please be careful with them, and considerate of the neighbours. There is a new boiler and the heating is controlled by Hive. Access Guests have access to the entire property. It is paramount that we respect our neighbours. Neighborhood The flat is at the bottom of Broadway Market - a popular road with weekend street markets, numerous places to eat and drink and a buzzing nightlife. The area has plenty of cafes, bars, clubs, shopping and restaurants (from local Vietnamese to Michelin rated). There are museums, many art galleries, several cinemas and the famous Brick Lane all within a 20 minute walk. The charming Haggerston Park just opposite the flat provides beautiful open green space, paths to walk around and a lovely pond. The park also houses Hackney City Farm which is great for kids and has a wonderful cafe. The area is safe and well lit with plenty of people around 24/7. Transit There are lots of things to see and do within walking distance but the flat is also well connected to public transport. The closest stations are Hoxton Overground (10 min walk), Bethnal Green underground (15 min walk or 5 min bus), Shoreditch High St overground (20 min walk) and Old St underground (10 min by bus). Notes There is a construction site close by - this means it can get noisy from around 8am to 3pm Mon-Fri and 9am-1pm on Saturday, however no work is done on Sunday.
