Our home is a stylish and comfortable space a short stroll from lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and renowned London markets.
The apartment benefits from high ceilings that gives the place a spacious, airy feel. Large windows offer amazing views in all directions across the whole of London. From the kitchen, while you wait for the kettle to boil, you can look North, towards Stoke Newington. From the living room the view is East, where you can take in a panoramic view of the Olympic Stadium and Canary Wharf. But the real highlight of our home is the balcony, where you can sit and take in the sunset over the city of London with a glass of wine.
The living area combines tasteful interior decor with lovely finishing touches and benefits from a double height ceiling and a Juliette balcony to create a relaxing place to stay.
The dining area leads you to the bright modern kitchen with everything you need to cook sumptuous meals.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed with fresh hotel-quality linens and an en-suite bathroom. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
The second bedroom, meanwhile, boasts a double size bed, also fitted with superior-standard linens to ensure you enjoy a great night’s sleep.
You can freshen up in the well-appointed main bathroom where you can either enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub or wake up in the morning to an energising shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
Some of the furniture has been replaced with newer items and we will be updating the listing images as soon as the new furniture is in place!
## Access
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Our standard check-in time is at 3pm and our standard check-out time is at 11am.

The area is home to people from all walks of life, and the exotic flavours of Ridley Road Market reflect this.
A short stroll away at London Fields, there's an outdoor pool to cool off and Broadway Market offers an unmissable London shopping experience with stalls of the best fresh food and vintage clothes on a Saturday.
The Rio is an old fashioned independent cinema showing new releases and old classics and if retro is your thing, then make sure you plan in a trip to Beyond Retro, one of London’s very best vintage clothing stores.
No trip to Dalston would be complete without hanging out at the Dalston Rooftop Park, a former factory rooftop with pop-up bars, great views and regular events.
Finally, there’s the Arcola Theatre; a lo-fi, stripped back venue considered to be one of the best off-West End playhouses in London.
If you’re looking for great places to eat, Dalston has an embarrassment of riches when it comes to restaurants. Sông Quê might be the best of Kingsland Road’s among many Vietnamese restaurants and Mangal 2 is quite possibly London’s best Turkish eatery; top tip renowned artists Gilbert And George eat there most days! Meanwhile Chick n’ Sours serves hearty and tasty fried chicken and delicious sour cocktails. As far as bars go, High Water is the place to go for sophisticated beverages served in a low key atmosphere, while Farr’s School of Dance has less to do with ballet and more to do with excellent craft ales and cocktails. If you are looking for pizza, beer and a tranquil escape head for the Dalston Curve Garden right next door.
## Transit
Dalston Kingsland Overground Station is just a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily get around the city. Alternatively, city taxis and Uber cars are plentiful and easy to find near you.
