Presenting this newly remodeled designer-done home in Valley Glen! Located at the end of a tree lined cul-de-sac, this gorgeous home is surrounded by picturesque landscaping, including a rare pink plumeria tree, bougainvilleas, and a lime and lemon tree. This property has the best of both worlds; high end finishes including features for today's needs, mixed with original character. There is a beautiful bonus space with a full bathroom that could be utilized as a home office, workout room, or suite for your guests. The curb appeal is so inviting with a brick patio, ideal for milestone photo ops. Upon entering the main home, there is a light and bright living room leading to the formal dining room open to the stunning kitchen. The recently custom made new kitchen has lots of counter space, soft closing cabinets, and a view out to the inviting yard. Both bedrooms are nice in size and are conveniently located right outside the dramatic midnight blue tiled bathroom featuring a free-standing tub and double sink vanity. The backyard is extremely spacious with a combination of brick patio space and a large grassy area surrounded by ficus trees. The home is located a mile from popular Valley Glen Community park and less than 3 miles from trendy Ventura Blvd with its great dining and shopping, and easy access to multiple freeways and transportation.
The entire property is private and you will have access to all areas you see in the pictures and is accessible using a lockbox. The code for the keys will be sent in the morning on your check in day:)

This is a really wonderful residential neighborhood. It's simply beautiful, with gorgeous tree-lined clean streets, green and quiet, yet close to many shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The folks in the neighborhood are just so nice and friendly. It's really a wonderful place for families and pets as well.
Getting around is very easy as the property is close to all major roads and freeways such as the 101 and the 405. If needed there is public transportation close by on both Burbank blvd and Van Nuys Blvd and plenty of street parking plus our one private parking space in the driveway of the home.
Please make sure the review our house rules and policies before booking:)
- Checkout time is 11am – our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean and get the house ready for the next guests or for the owners. Late checkout requests must be submitted in advance – we do our best to accommodate when possible.
- No smoking allowed at any time inside the house and in the patio. If we find any smell or traces of smoke you’ll be subject to a $500 fine.
- No drugs.
- Please be careful with furniture, décor and house items – some are pieces of design and we will charge for any damage.
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood – we ask our guests to keep noise at reasonable levels and respect quiet hours after 8pm. No exceptions. No amplified sound nor live music.
- Parties are NOT allowed. Breach of this rule will result in $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
- No unregistered/unannounced guests. Presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered breach of the house rules and will result in extra penalty fees from $250 per guest and/or eviction. This is our home and all we ask is to be honest and open about your plans, and communicate with us!
- Filming, Photoshoots and production activities are welcome. Depending on the size and length of the event additional charges may apply. All productions (including small/student projects) must be approved with the host prior to booking. Unauthorized production will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Although this is a very safe neighborhood, we are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- If we find any item left behind we do our best to reach out and coordinate for restitution, but we are not responsible for your items.
- When leaving the house during your stay and when checking-out, please make sure to close and lock all the windows and doors, and switch off all the lights.
- Pets are welcome! If you plan on bringing pets please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before check-in as there is a surcharge. Usually it is $35 per pet per stay maximum 2 pets, depending on the type of pet and size.
- Please clean after your pet.
- The gardener comes once a week every Wednesday morning. They have access to the outdoor areas of the property. Guests are not entitled in any way to request extra services or deny them access to the property.
