This spacious 2-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse is comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and designed with families and groups in mind.
Standout features of this home include: 8 beds across four bedrooms, a private outdoor terrace with BBQ, and a large enclosed balcony offering additional space to relax and enjoy your stay.

• Bedroom 1 (First Floor): 2 Queen beds
• Master Suite (Second Floor): 1 King bed with en suite bathroom
• Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): 1 Queen bed + Twin bunk bed
• Den / 4th Bedroom (Second Floor): 1 Queen daybed + Twin trundle
With 8 beds across four separate sleeping areas, the layout offers plenty of flexibility for families, multi-generational groups and friends traveling together.
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests total. This includes all adults and children over the age of 1. One child under the age of 1 at the time of arrival may be added to a reservation of 10.

If you need additional baby equipment, a local third-party service can deliver and pick up rental items directly at the home. I’m happy to share the information upon request.

Sea La Vie isn’t managed by a large vacation-rental company — it’s owner-operated and personally managed. We take pride in keeping the home clean, comfortable and well-stocked, with attention to the little details that help guests feel at home.
Many of the extras you’ll find throughout the home are there because we’ve learned what makes a Keys vacation easier and more enjoyable.

BRINGING A BOAT?
Mariner’s Club features a 43-slip marina accommodating vessels up to 60 ft.
Boat slips are separate from the rental and must be reserved directly with the Mariner’s Club HOA, subject to availability and an additional per-foot/per-night fee.
The marina can be found through Dockwa by searching “Mariner’s Club HOA” and selecting Marina Slip Reservations. I’m also happy to provide the marina contact information upon request.
EASY, SECURE CHECK-IN
Mariner’s Club is a gated community with 24/7 security, and your resort fee is already included in your booking total — no separate resort payment or arrival-day errands.
The home also offers convenient keypad entry for an easy, contactless arrival.
PARKING & IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Maximum 2 vehicles per reservation
• Only registered guests listed on the reservation and rental agreement may access the community or home. Outside visitors are not permitted at any time.
• No guest swapping or substituting guests during the stay. The registered guest list applies to the entire reservation and may not be rotated or exchanged to accommodate additional people.
• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain at the home for the entire reservation
• No third-party bookings
• Government-issued ID required for guest verification
• No smoking
• No pets due to highly allergic owners and guests
• Security cameras on site, including Ring doorbell
• Short-term rental agreement must be completed before arrival, including the names and ages of all guests for Security access
• Reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests in your party
• Fully licensed with the State of Florida DBPR
