No Eleven @ The Ironworks is a stylish first-floor apartment resting in Backbarrow, on the southern tip of Lake Windermere. No Eleven rests in the Lake District National Park, between the forest, fell and the shining expanse of the north-western estuaries. The property boasts an open-plan living space where you can rustle up a romantic meal in the kitchen to enjoy round the dining table as you toast to a wonderful holiday, or take your dining al fresco as you enjoy the river views from the balcony, alternatively cuddle up on the sofa and watch your favourite film as the sun goes down. When the evening draws to a close, head to the light and airy master bedroom, floored in Amtico. This opulent bedroom has a king-size bed and leads into the balcony – providing access to the outside air with an undercover space and views towards the beautiful village. The second bedroom features a fargo high quality day bed that offers sleeping and lounging in classic style. Featuring a deep trundle which is stored underneath the bed, the trundle also provides instant sleep space for guests with the addition of a mattress (suitable for children aged 12 and under).
