The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cooking amenities, featuring brand-new appliances. If you prefer a casual dining experience, we have Bar stool seating for 1.
Our newly remodeled Bathroom boasts a luxurious double-head shower, and we've included a Toto Toilet with bidet functionality for added convenience. An LED Light Mirror adds a touch of modernity, and you'll find a Washer/Dryer Inside the Unit, making laundry easy.

One of the nicest spots to explore in the neighborhood is the freshly transformed Downtown Santa Ana. If you happen to be in town on the first weekend of the month, you can enjoy a local artist's art stroll.
Our house is near restaurants, a mini-mart across the street, and bars/entertainment within walking distance. Santa Ana is getting better all the time, with new buildings, renovations, and street improvements. Because the shelters are so close, the locals are used to seeing transients roaming around. We have created gated gates around all of our entry points to ensure that all guests feel safe from public access, and we have installed security cameras throughout the property for added peace of mind.
Getting Around:
You'll have a reserved parking spot for your vehicle.There is public transportation available, all within 5 min walking distance. Uber/Lyft are easy for pick up and drop-off at our location.

Our home is gated with no public access.
Transients may sometimes walk nearby; however, they're harmless and only passing through.
