There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower that is great for rinsing the sand off before entering the house and hot tub.
Inside, this home offers nothing but comfort, convenience, and great amenities throughout two levels. The first floor boasts an inviting living room with an electric fireplace, comfortable furniture (sofa and armchair), and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable–you can push the button on the remote for the soundbar to get sound on the TV! The gorgeous kitchen is a delight itself with new small and large appliances, including a Bullet, a new blender, and Keurig K cup and ground coffee makers. Help yourself to cook books, baking ingredients, and spices. The large lighted food pantry has pull-out shelves and plenty of storage space. This home is close to several great wineries, so having your own minibar with a wine fridge will be quite convenient. Right off the living room are a stackable washer/dryer combo and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This home away from home also offers dice, dominos, cards, poker chips, shut the box, and backgammon, which are located in the cupboard at the top of the stairs.
There is one private bedroom on the first level and it has its own flatscreen TV with cable. The two other bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom has an en-suite full bath with tiled floors and walls and a tub/shower combo. The other bedroom has a private balcony with partial views of the ocean and another flatscreen TV. All bedrooms offer the highest quality mattresses for the best sleep.
