Laundry is in the kitchen and we provide detergent for laundry.

Private backyard access with outdoor sectional seating, dinning area, grill, Joola aluminum ping pong table and cornhole

Private Parking is available in the driveway fits 2 cars. Ample free street parking for additional cars.

You have access to the entire property including the backyard. Our backyard includes a barbecue set up and sitting area so you can enjoy the California weather and San Gabriel mountain view!
