Enjoying a bright and comfortable interior throughout, the cottage enjoys a private decked terrace, with beautiful views over Salcombe estuary towards Snapes Point. With quick and easy access to the town, and the nearby South Hams coast and countryside, 14a Courtenay Street is an ideal retreat for families or perhaps two couples.

You are permitted to unload in Courtenay Street but NOT park as it is Residents Parking only and you will receive a parking ticket if you do so.
Both bedrooms are located below ground level.
The second bedroom is better suited to children.
