Includes One Queen Select Comfort bed in Master bedroom with Fold Out Desk Area/ File Drawers, Flat Screen TV and Air Conditioning. 2nd Bedroom w Queen Bed. Bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower combo. Kitchen has Stainless Double Door frig, Convection Oven, Granite Counter Tops, Build in Kitchen desk area, and Country Porch facing South off living area to enjoy Morning Sunrises, and Evening Sunsets. All linens are 300 plus thread count. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the property. Families come to this area to enjoy Ventura beaches, Ventura Pier, or a bike ride or drive up the mountain to Ojai. The Ojai to Ocean bike path is located just down the hill at the Canada Larga exit.
