Welcome to our beautiful house in Brean. We are Pet Friendly 2 small dogs or 1 medium dog.
This is a family holiday park. No workman allowed or any commercial vehicles are not allowed. No groups of young adults or stag or hen parties or same sex groups (3 or more is classed as a group).
We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
Passes are no longer compulsory and can be purchased as and when needed from reception. If you wanted passes for the duration of your stay and for all guests we can pre book on your behalf passes start from 9.00 per adult per day child 5 to 17yrs 6.00 4 years and under go free low season. These need to be purchased 28 days or less before your holiday commences.
Quilts & pillows are provided only. Guests can bring their own linen. please make sure to bring sufficient bed linen for your needs.
Optional bedding for a additional cost of 12.00 per bed to be made up on arrival or 7.00 per bed to be made up by yourself on adrival.
Staying here allows you access to the private garden.
