THE LIVING AREA
The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 75-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an PS4 game console.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.
• Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets. Price may vary depending on the guest count in the listing description.
• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home
Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.
Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
