Located on a kid-friendly corner lot, this modern home features 1,159 sq ft. of living space, a recently-renovated interior, and brand-new appliances for a comfortable retreat. We are a 3-minute drive to supermarkets, and within walking distance to excellent restaurants, bars, and parks. We have a one-car parking space with plenty of street parking and close proximity to Citrus Heights Town Center.
The Space:
Our home is a Duplex. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both beds a full/queen and we have 2 slider doors that take you to the spacious backyard.
