Our property has endless options for your stay. Escape the world and feel like you are completely in private. When ready to venture out back into the world we are just 1.5 miles from an adorable town with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.
The 3 acre outside space includes hiking trails within the property, gorgeous infinity pool (gated for children), privately gated, securely fenced all around property for dogs, grassy area with a barn, large horse ring perfect for sports games, a trampoline, swing set, tire swing, kids play house, fruit trees, and endless adventures! There is a large dining table outside along with an outdoor fireplace perfect for late night smores!
The indoor space of 3500 square feet includes large open floor plan with large couch (new couch purchased after pictures taken), TV, large kitchen with dual oven wolf stove, 2 dining room tables, and a dog run/outdoor patio offset the dining room.
There are 3 bedrooms and it sleeps 8, but the space is very large so we are open to sleeping more if needed, just ask!
Master:
king bed, beautiful windows with stunning views, large shower with 2 shower heads, spa tub with jets, individual sinks and vanities with 2 individual toilets
Office:
Pull out couch that turns into a queen bed (actually very comfortable), office desk, full bathroom with tub/shower combo
Third bedroom (kids bedroom, but also can be used for adults):
A kids dream! Twin bunk beds and a queen bed. Tons of kids toys. A full bathroom with shower.
Private gym in garage
We are adjacent to Encinitas and San Marcos. We are 1.3 miles to San Elijo town which has great restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks, nail salon, post office, etc. Incredible hiking trails all around. A great park 1.5 miles away with a splash pad. We are 6.5 miles from the beach.
Property has a private gate and is up on a hill so very private with no noise. There is a guest house with a single care taker. You can see the roof line of the guest house from the main house, but it is a significant distance away and you cannot hear anything. The entire 3 acres is yours.
