The property has a secluded position surrounded by its own land, with a long private lane leading to the farm and captivating beautiful views above the Exe Valley.

The light and airy, open-plan sociable living space on the first floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, a full range of appliances and a characterful dining/living area with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.
