Outdoor living steps away from TWO pickleball courts or a singles tennis hitting court shared only with owner who does hold 1.5 hr lessons a few times a week. Your own private BBQ. Small enclosed yard for Fido(4.5 feet walls). Corn hole, ping pong table in garage and car charging available (bring own cord). Washer and Dryer.

A memory foam Third single Trundle bed is in the second bedroom and can be moved to main room easily. The Top of the trundle is an XL Twin size comfortable memory foam mattress.
