Our Check-in time is from 15:00 until 23:30. Unless you have informed the hotel in advance, if you do not check-in within this time, your reservation will be considered as cancelled and your room may be rented out. Check out time is 11:00. There will be extra charge for check-in early or checking out late.Once you pay the room and tax the hotels system will release the HOLDS that it put on your C/C that you used when checking in. These holds are also the incidentals that were held. Often the incidentals/holds will say PENDING on your C/C or bank acct. This timing for the holds to be released all depends on your individual bank. Some are faster at releasing them than others and this is especially true when there are holidays involved as banks are FOREVER closed on holidays. The holds will be released but again the timing all depends on your individual bank. You must bring the Room Keys to the front desk office when checking out.You must be 21 or older to rent a room. Minors will not be allowed to stay without a parent or a guardian. Unexpired/current Passport, Driver's license or State issued ID that has your clear photo will be accepted as a valid ID. Hotel may ask for the ID of all person/(s) staying in the room. When you check into the hotel, the names on the credit card and the photo ID need to match. This is done to fight credit fraud. we can NOT take a credit card over the phone for a reservation. We need the card physically in order to check you into the room. We do not accept third party credit cards, person booking must present his card and valid ID.Guests must cancel at least 24Hours prior to the check-in time for a FREE cancellation. Thereafter, you will be charged for the first night.Hotel offers free complimentary parking for one vehicle per reservation. Additional vehicles may be allowed at management's discretion.Hotel has smoking and non-smoking rooms.
