One bedroom is accessible on the main level and the rest are right upstairs. - This property does not allow parties. Visitors must vacate by 9 p.m.
- The pool is open during the summer and is unheated.
- The owner provides wood for the firepit.
- The interior fireplaces are not functional.
- There is parking for three cars available in the driveway. Three (3) is the maximum number of cars allowed at any time per HOA requirements.
- Street parking is not allowed at any time.
- The amount of guests staying needs to be accurately reported. Over-occupancy is never allowed and can result in eviction.
