Summary: We rented 2 apartments from Kay and both were spotless. The beds are a 7 out of 10. Please note that the guests are a little fussy. One brought his own sheets, having stayed here before, he likes cotton and the sheets are polyester. No one else minded the sheets. One guest thought a Costco Memory Foam topper would be nice as the beds are quite hard. We had 6 Businessmen/women in the 2 apartments and all enjoyed their stay. There is a breakfast spot right downstairs which is super convenient. We did not cook in the apartment one of the apartments was without a kettle, having a few British people in our group they would have liked a cup of tea. Not a big deal. We will be back. Walking distance to Convention Center.
