The space
Approximately 1500 Sq foot of living Space in 3 storied townhouse. Front patio with a grill. Second floor has a kitchen, living room and a bedroom with wall mounted full bed. Living room has 55'' flat wall mounted tv (5.1 sound system). Third floor has a master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. New front-load Washer/dryer is available for guest to use. Laundry detergent, Shampoo/Conditioner/Soaps etc provided.
Garage parking in addition to plenty of street parking in the complex. Please use curve with white paintings. Curve with green paintings have 2 hours limit during day and no-limit during night. Additional parking is in Sierra lane road.
Guest access
Guests will be able to use entire Townhouse. Guests should use last 4 digit of their phone number as access code to enter through the front door.
Other things to note
Extra supplies are stocked up in the Garage cabinet for guest use. Grocery store is across the street where guest can buy fresh produce / groceries and prepare a gourmet food in fully equipped kitchen.
