Newly built and meticulously designed, this mountain haven is perfect for large gatherings and outdoor enthusiasts. The community lake has a small beach perfect for paddle boarding and family beach days.
Lovingly built and completed by homeowner two years ago, the house is in pristine condition with top of the line fixtures and furnishings. The minimalist mountain inspired design instantly creates a feeling of relaxation. The expansive floorpan is perfect for entertaining and large groups. The great room includes a huge kitchen, breakfast nook, 9 foot dining table and a cozy living room. The gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance with the touch of a button. There is a separate TV room- perfect for movie nights in, game days or cartoon mornings for the kiddos. In addition there is a power room on the second floor for convenience. The upstairs deck and sliding screened doors provides seamless indoor/outdoor living during the beautiful summer days and nights.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There is a bunk room complete with two sets of bunk beds- one full sized and one twin sized, a spacious queen bedroom and an ensuite queen bedroom. The primary bedroom is located on the second floor- with a handmade cherrywood king sized bed and large ensuite bathroom.
For peace of mind, there are two security cameras above the garage door and front entry.
