The space
Experience an entertaining getaway in our huge 2600 sq ft home. The Living Room has a Huge 65" 4k Hdtv, every one of our 5 bedrooms has it's own 4kHd Smart Roku tv , there's even a RokuTV in the kitchen. With 5 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. Enjoy ample seating throughout the house, a large modern chefs kitchen with high-end Ninja appliances & Quality Cookware, a dining room with seating for 6, and a private outdoor patio with patio seating and a BBQ propane grill. Each room is equipped with 4k Roku hdTVs & the home features a free washer and dryer for your convenience.
Guest access
The entire home and outer driveway is for your use during your stay. Please be mindful not to block the sidewalk and pull up to the gate when parking. We ask that you have fun inside the home or in the backyard deck, and refrain from hanging out in front of the home or smoking in front. Excessive noise or late-night gatherings in the backyard or driveway will not be tolerated. Kindly park in front of our home whenever possible.
Other things to note
Please note that our arcade game lineup is subject to change without notice. We do not allow any parties on the property and violators will be charged for extra guests and/or have their reservation canceled immediately, forfeiting the entire security deposit. Unpaid outside guests are also not permitted on the property. If you plan on having 8 guests in the home, please include them on the reservation and let us know in advance if you need to add extra guests. Up to 16 guests may be possible. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, please do not disturb our neighbors. Violations will result in being asked to leave and forfeiting the deposit.
We use the Minut noise monitoring device to assist us with our hosting. Minut is more than just noise monitoring, it also allows us to monitor temperature, motion, humidity and use it as security alarm when the property is unoccupied. Minut NEVER records any private conversations, it simply lets us know if the volume of your stay is unruly. If noise exceeds 90 decibels over a 15-minute period, the unit will send you an automated warning to reduce guest noise. The second time, the host will be alerted. The 3rd time you will be asked to leave. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not book. We respect your privacy and ask that you respect our neighbors.
