In the guest bedrooms you have a queen in one, and two twins in the other two. This condo will sleep 10. There is a wood burning fireplace to enjoy on the cool winter nights. It also has Wi-Fi. Walk out on the balcony and you can over look the beautiful golf course of Sugar Mountain. NO SMOKING permitted.Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
