This home is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood with retirees on all four sides. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property. You will be responsible if the City is notified and imposes a $1,300 fine for such activity.
2) SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house anywhere at all. Smoking is allowed outside. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $250 fee to get rid of residual odors.
3) PETS: We welcome furry friends but please note there will be a $100 fine for any damage or stains caused by pets.
