HOME LOCATION
Located on the corner of balboa island just a quick walk to the water and Ferry. From our condo you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, Duffy boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun-Zone is also just across the channel via ferry making this condo an ideal location for small families.
For those of you wanting to sunbathe on the beach, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry to the Newport Beach Peninsula home to miles of Sandy beaches.

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be
charged to your reservation.

- You are provided 1 Parking Spot in the two-car shared garage. Compact cars are recommended. Free Street parking is also available.
