No smoking, $500 charge if any smoking is done.
If there are any garbage bags outside the city garbage bins (extra bags or boxes that don't fit the bins) then it's $25 each item for us to dispose.

Do NOT move any furniture. $250 charge if furniture is moved.
If any key is lost, for the safety of next guests, we will change all the locks and you are responsible for the cost of new lock and cost of locksmith.
Turn off all lights, fans etc Ensure heating/ cooling thermostat is off before leaving. if anything is left an additional cost of $25 per day, as house can be empty for few days. It will count till we go and check the house.
Ensure all dishes are clean and run the dishwasher. If dirty dishes are left additional $50 charge.
We have personal things in the garage, please leave them as is. No car parking or use of the garage. $50 charge each day if garage is used.
