MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 10 PEOPLE
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
Noise and music must remain indoors and kept at a reasonable level between 9-10 PM. Respect the neighborhood’s quiet atmosphere, as neighbors have zero tolerance for disturbances.
Gatherings of more than 10 people are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
Pool use and outdoor noise must stop by 10 PM.
Additional Rules:
Pets allowed with prior approval ($90/day per pet).
Smoking indoors is prohibited ($250 fine).
Charges for damaged or stained items:
Towels: $35 per towel
Duvet covers: $200 per duvet cover
Sheets: $100 per sheet
Excessive mess: $200 extra on top of the cleaning fee
Important Notes:
Pool heating is available for $90/day (needs to be requested 24 hours in advance).
Report any damages upon check-in to avoid charges. Minor damages may not incur a fee, but significant ones will be discussed before checkout.
