We would like to welcome you to our newly remodeled, modern, 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bath, Apartment.
The Bedroom has a King Size Bed and an 8 ft. sliding glass door that walks out on your own personal balcony with seating and lovely mountain views.
This 622 Square foot apartment sleeps 4 with a Queen Size sofa / Bed in the Living Room and a cot in the Bedroom closet with all the bedding on the shelf above.
There are 2 flights of stairs to access the apartment but the mountain views are much more enjoyable here. Note: ( No Elevator )
The building is located near Griffith Park where 3 freeways merge in Glendale... Interstate 5, U.S. Highway 101 and State Route 134. No matter what direction you decide to venture, you are close to an on-ramp.
A well maintained Swimming Pool is located downstairs with Beach Towels in the linen closet, 2 Lounge Chairs and Bench seating. Individual Chairs also surround the pool.
We have provided 100% Solar Heating but remember...
Most of the year the Solar is more than adequate but if you are visiting us in the winter, the water may be on the cool side. Our days may feel warm, somewhere in the 80's but the nights are long and cool leaving the water cool.
The 2nd level deck provides a reading / lounging area with 2 bench seats and a glass table with 4 chairs. Some of our guests choose to have their meals here!
Hot water for the building is also supplied by Solar but there is no need to worry about lack of hot water. We have 5 Large capacity Storage Tanks and a large backup, gas water heater.
Pay laundry facilities are available in the laundry room...Wash $1.50 - Dry $1.00
We supply you with detergent, spray stain remover and dryer sheets.
An under building, parking space is provided with lots of street parking as well.
We have a dual sided wall heater accessing the Living Room and Bedroom and a through wall Air Conditioner in the Living Room.
There are Remote Controlled multi speed with dimmer, Fan / Light in the Bedroom and the Dining Area
A fully equipped Kitchen has a full size Refrigerator, a glass, Flat Top Range / Oven, a Microwave and a Garbage Disposal. Sorry, NO Dishwasher!
Appliances include a Keurig Coffee Maker with pods, a Waffle Maker, Toaster, Blender Hand Mixer, and Crock Pot plus all the Cookware and Bakeware you may need for your own creations.
