We welcome you to spend your time with us in our newly remodeled, Modern, 1 Bedroom, 1 full Bathroom, 825 square foot Apartment.
There are 2 flights of stairs and no elevator to access the apartment but the views are much more enjoyable.
There are plenty of Large windows in the Living Room/Dining Room and a Large Sliding Glass Door in the Bedroom, all of which have blackout shades as well as Curtains or Louvers.
This Apartment will sleep 4 to 5 with a Queen size bed, a King size Sofa/Bed. A Cot is available upon request.
The Bedroom has a Queen size bed and an 8 foot, sliding, glass door that walks out on to your own personal balcony with seating and lovely Mountain Views! There is also a multi speed fan over the bed.
The Full Bath has a Tub/Shower with Shower Curtains. and a dispenser which will provide you with Shampoo, Body Wash and Conditioner.
A rather long vanity gives plenty of counter space and A mirror that spans the entire length of the bathroom gives an elegant feel and a sensation of a much larger area.
The lighting is on a dimmer switch.
The building is located near Griffith Park where 3 freeways merge in Glendale, Interstate 5, U.S. Highway 101 and State Route 134. No matter what direction you decide to venture, you are close to an on-ramp.
A well maintained Swimming Pool is located downstairs with Beach Towels, 2 Lounge Chairs and Bench seating.
Individual Chairs also surround the pool.
We wanted to be responsible with our pool and have provided 100% Solar Heating but remember...most of the year, the Solar is more than adequate but if you are visiting us in the winter, the days may reach 80 degrees but the nights are long and cold leaving the water on the cool side.
There is a 2nd level deck, overlooking the pool, which provides an eating/reading area with a glass table and 4 chairs. There are also 2 bench seats.
Hot water for the building is also supplied by Solar and there is no need to worry about lack of hot water here. We have 5 Large capacity Storage Tanks and a large backup water heater.
There is an on-site laundry with 2 washers, 2 dryers and a folding table.
A covered, under building parking space is provided with lots of street parking as well.
A wall heater and an in wall Air Conditioner provide for heat and Air Conditioning.
For the enjoyment of the entire family, there is a 75" Smart Television with WiFi in the Living Room.
A fully equipped Kitchen has a Refrigerator, Dish Washer, Flat Top Range, Microwave and a Large Stainless Steel Sink.
Appliances include a Keurig Coffee Maker with pods, a waffle maker, toaster, blender and all the cookware and bakeware you may need to make you own creations.
We also provide a Reverse Osmosis Water Dispenser, dispensing HOT, ICY COLD, or Room Temperature Water.
You will also enjoy our many varieties of teas and sweeteners.
