Stay in our mini studio unit with 1 full bathroom, just a walking distance to the bay trail and close to Rodeo Marina, Four Wind Winery, downtown restaurants, shopping, and easy freeway access.
The unit features a full-size bed, sofa, flat-screen tv, wifi, dining table for 2, full kitchen that has a microwave, stove, refrigerator! Plus a shared washer and dryer!
-Free parking on the street only- no private parking.
- Pet fee $50 for each dog and cat (non-refundable). Dogs over 30 pounds not allowed
-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.
-Early check-in fee $25, WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us on the day of your check-in.
PLEASE NOTE: Primary guest ages 25 years old below, no reviews and not at 4-5 star reviews. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
Please note: Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.
