At home, you'll love the majestic lakeside and mountain views. Sharing the property with the main house, your 900-square-foot guesthouse will enjoy sole use of the dock, beach, main house deck and grassy area while you're there, and the main house will be unoccupied, giving you plenty of privacy. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of room to relax together. Entertainment options include free WiFi and cable, a DVD player, stereo, board games, and a ping-pong table. Fire up the gas grill for dinner and then spend evenings together watching a little TV, or step out to the deck and admire the stars rising over the lake. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
