The kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing food and extra storage. The master bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on bottom, twin on top and an en-suite bathroom as well. There is a shared laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. For your convenience, there are two parking spots in the front driveway or you can use it as an oversized patio.
This beach house is in prime location on Balboa Island. Go for a walk around the island and stroll along historic Marine Avenue.
