Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear just steps away to Snow Summit Ski Resort and the Lake. Summit Getaway is minutes on foot from the resort and is the perfect option when you want to spend as much time as possible on the slopes or close to town!
LIVING SPACE - Accommodating 1000 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The upstairs first bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to the balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Board games and card games. TVs and fast WiFi. Cozy up near the brick faced wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 5 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
