A perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of LA while still have access to all LA attractions. The city is very walk-able with multiple hiking trails. It also has Valencia town center with plenty of options for shopping and dining. Santa Clarita is very safe and clean city

- When you first enters the house, to your left is open concept kitchen with connected living room and dinning room which leads directly to the backyard. It's a perfect indoor outdoor California living.

- The house has 3 bedroom. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and third bedroom has two double beds.
