The 18 miles Salterns Way runs right outside your front door providing a lovely hiking / biking trail to Chichester and the beaches at West Wittering and East Head.
Upon entering the modern property, you will be greeted by the spacious living area and a modern stair case. The living area has a comfortable seating facing the TV with a DVD player, ideal for relaxing after a long day walking and exploring the beautiful sights. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, cafetiere, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer, everything you need to feel at home in this wonderful holiday home. There is also a downstairs WC.
