The Casita has an eye catching beamed and vaulted ceiling, a fireplace center piece, grey flagstone tiles and a charming and airy farmhouse door that opens on to the gleaming pool right outside. There is an outdoor table (for 2) on the terrace plus two red Adirondack chairs next to the Casita in the garden for Casita guests. The Inside dining table has room for four.
There is a private entrance through a charming tree and fern lined walkway to the backyard for guests to use and unrestricted street parking. Nestled in the foothills of the San Gabriel mountains, the Casita is walking distance to lovely mountain hikes and even a waterfall, yet it is also only a short drive from shopping, museums and the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, and easily accessible to all that Los Angeles and surrounds has to offer!
Guests of the Casita may also take advantage of the host's weekly yoga class at the main house if here on a Sunday morning and for a small charge of $15pp. Private yoga sessions in the gorgeous backyard are also available upon request.
NOTE: THE BACKYARD AND POOL ARE SHARED AREAS BETWEEN THE CASITA AND THE MAIN HOUSE. THE CASITA HAS ITS OWN TERRACE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS. GUESTS ARE WELCOME TO SWIM IN THE POOL BUT ALTHOUGH IT LOOKS LIKE A RESORT, PLEASE DON'T TREAT IT AS ONE!
