Summary: The hotel isn’t as it looks on the photos. It is a lot dirtier and run down than on the photos. The reception is hardly ever open. We were lucky someone was hanging around to check us in. The reception area a mess with clutter everywhere. No one there to check us out and all locked up so had to just leave key in the room. Mouse traps in the corridors! The room had a broken chair and broken table lamp. The toilet/shower was so small it was like being in a coffin. Worst thing was we paid £280 for the room (due to the surge pricing for the Oasis concert) and to be honest it’s more like a £80 room. I hate leaving bad reviews and don’t do this unless it is necessary.
