Summary: We couldn't even get into the room. The key worked and the lock light turned green, but the door would not open. It was like the deadbolt wouldn't release. The second room took several tries for the lock to recognize the key. We were there for 2 nights, and the key had to be reset both nights before it would work. The chairs in the lobby were comfortable.
