Surrounded by greenery and filled with natural light, it’s an elevated monthly rental for those seeking beauty, privacy, and connection to the best of the Westside.
Walls of glass surround the main floor, drawing the outdoors in and creating a bright, airy backdrop throughout the day. A sunken living room anchors the space with polished concrete floors and a dual-sided fireplace, while the formal dining area opens to a private front deck—ideal for dining al fresco or enjoying the garden.
The kitchen features a Gaggenau range, built-in shelving, and a layout that flows effortlessly into the backyard. Upstairs, all bedrooms showcase Thibodeau’s signature minimalist elegance, with large windows and organic materials throughout. The primary suite opens to a private balcony overlooking the walk street, offering a peaceful place to start or end the day.
The home can accommodate up to 5 guests. A Twin XL rollaway cot can be set up in the office to accommodate a fifth guest. Please let us know prior to check-in if you would like the additional bed arranged.
Outside, mature landscaping wraps the home in privacy, with a decked lounge area and an above-ground spa for relaxing under the stars.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central heat and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, premium appliances including Gaggenau range and dishwasher, dual-sided fireplace, outdoor dining area, and spa.
Guests will have access to the entire home. There is also the weekly gardener and spa service on the property, but no one else unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car. If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
