Designed to take maximum advantage of light, it is replete with huge ocean view windows, and high, open-beam ceilings, giving it a light and airy feeling. Prepare meals in the well stocked kitchen and relax in the inviting living room area and enjoy the beautiful views.
It is simply but comfortably furnished. Sleeping area is an open loft with a King Size bed located on upper level of home, providing great ocean views. The loft is reached via a spiral stairway. Once there, step through the sliding door to access the spacious deck. Lots of local wildlife to enjoy as well....deer, so many types of birds and all the marine life down the street at the ocean.
Located on a hill overlooking Cambria's Marine Terrace, you are afforded spectacular ocean views from nearly every room in the house as well as a more private, protected deck and garden in the backyard area. Just a 5 minute walk to the ocean bluff hiking trails of the Fiscalini Ranch and the tidepools which can be easily accessed on Sherwood Drive at Harvey Street and Wedgewood. Come and enjoy all the peace and quietude Cambria has to offer including stunning sunsets as well as charming restaurants and shops in town which are only a 10 minute drive from the home.
