This spacious home is bright, clean and very welcoming. Upon the entering, you are greeted with freshly painted walls and new tile flooring that look like slated wood. This bright living room is off the entry way with lots of windows which gives you surrounding views of the canyon surrounding the house with a natural setting. The living room has an adjoining dining room that opens up to a beautiful redwood deck with plenty of space to BBQ, entertain and enjoy the sunset.
The updated kitchen has all new granite counter tops, new electric stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens up to the family room with breakfast area, and fireplace. There is one bedroom (queen bed) with a full bath downstairs. The upstairs level is fully carpeted with three bedrooms. All upstairs bedrooms have spacious closets and their own private deck. In the master bedroom you can enjoy views of the ocean and foothills from you deck with a large updated granite bathroom and a dual vanity. There is plenty of parking and a basketball hoop to keep the kids entertained.
