The huge gourmet kitchen showcases beautiful stainless appliances and is fully stocked to make you feel right at home. The shared dining and living room area overlook the pool and the Pacific Ocean through floor to ceiling glass. There is a lovely half bath off of the living room. Looking through back doors you will be welcomed by the ONLY PRIVATE POOL AND SPA IN AVILA BEACH! Nap in the resort style chaise lounges, relax in the cozy fire pit seating area, swim in the heated pool, gaze at the stars from the hot tub. You will never want to leave.
Upper Level: Featuring another master suite with ocean views, a private view balcony, king bed and huge bathroom with shower and soaking tub. A second bedroom features two twin beds. The upper level also features a comfortable den with a fireplace, writer's desk and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a book in a quiet place. Finally, you won't want to miss the two outdoor decks, one with stunning ocean views and an outdoor fireplace with the other overlooking the beautiful mountains and Avila golf course.

Security will be called if rules are not followed. We do not allow parties, weddings or other large gatherings without Owner approval during booking. Quiet times are between 10pm and 8am, for respect to our neighbors, and the Avila Beach Colony Drive Ordinances.
