Entertainment: Smart 55'' TV Outside: Lawned garden with small raised pond, plants and patio area with garden furniture seating 10, steel fire pit and Gas BBQ. Hot tub. (Please note: From 1st October - 31st March, there will be a £150 charge added to the booking for the use of the hot tub) Parking: Private parking for up to three cars.
